원자재 입고 및 검사Raw Material Receipt & Inspection原材料入库及检查
광학 수지 원자재를 입고하여 재질·투명도·굴절률 등을 검사합니다. 합격 자재만 공정에 투입됩니다.Receiving optical resin raw materials and inspecting material, transparency, and refractive index. Only approved materials enter the process.接收光学树脂原材料，检查材质、透明度、折射率等。仅合格材料投入工序。

건조 및 전처리Drying & Pre-treatment干燥及预处理
성형 전 광학 수지를 정밀 건조·전처리하여 수분에 의한 성형 불량을 방지합니다.Precisely drying and pre-treating optical resin before molding to prevent moisture-related defects.成型前对光学树脂进行精密干燥预处理，防止水分导致的成型不良。

초정밀 사출 성형Ultra-Precision Injection Molding超精密注塑成型
초정밀 사출 성형기로 광학렌즈를 성형합니다. 온도·압력·속도 등 성형 조건을 정밀 제어합니다.Molding optical lenses with ultra-precision injection molding machines, precisely controlling temperature, pressure, and speed.用超精密注塑成型机成型光学镜片，精密控制温度、压力、速度等成型条件。

취출 및 냉각Part Removal & Cooling取出及冷却
성형 완료된 렌즈를 자동 시스템으로 취출하고 정밀 냉각 공정을 거칩니다.Automatically removing molded lenses and subjecting them to precision cooling process.用自动系统取出成型完成的镜片，经过精密冷却工序。

치수 및 외관 검사Dimensional & Appearance Inspection尺寸及外观检查
비접촉 측정기와 AOI 시스템으로 전수 치수 및 외관 검사를 수행합니다.Conducting 100% dimensional and appearance inspection with non-contact measuring device and AOI system.用非接触测量仪和AOI系统进行全数尺寸及外观检查。

광학 성능 검사 및 포장Optical Performance Inspection & Packaging光学性能检查及包装
광학 성능 측정 시스템으로 광 분포·균일도·투과율을 검사하고, 합격품만 포장하여 납품합니다.Inspecting light distribution, uniformity, and transmittance with optical performance measurement system, packaging and delivering only approved products.用光学性能测量系统检查光分布、均匀度、透过率，仅将合格品包装交货。
